Orders & Pricing

• Orders are confirmed only after payment/confirmation call.

Delivery & Pickup

• Same-day delivery within Vadodara when available.
• In case of delays, we’ll inform you and offer alternatives/refund.

Returns & Refunds

• Perishable items are non-returnable; issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
• Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original method within 5–7 business days.
